New Four Elements Restaurant menu
Hi,
Four Elements Restaurant, located on level 1 at Mercure Sydney, is welcoming the new season with a brand new menu. Our Executive Chef Paul Kavanagh and Sous Chef Owen Stafford have been busily creating a new menu that will provide a true culinary experience.
Described as “Modern Australian Cuisine” the Four Elements menu also contains international influences as well as some authentic Indian dishes that will certainly please diners of all tastes. Join us at Four Elements Restaurant Sydney and experience delicious dishes including:
- Confit duck, with slowly roasted kipfler potatos and sautéed broccolini
- Baby beetroot and goat curd petit salad with balsamic reduction
- Twice cooked pork belly, with chilli caramel, flamed red peppers, baby coconut, cucumber, coriander and mint.
To celebrate the launch of our new menu, during May we are offering all guests who make a dinner reservation at Four Elements Restaurant a complimentary glass of house wine, local beer or soft drink.
If you’re in the city and looking for a delicious dining experience in a fabulous Sydney Restaurant join us at Four Elements, Mercure Sydney Hotel. To make a booking call 9217- 6708 or make a reservation online here.
