New Menu at Four Elements Restaurant
I am the Food and Beverage Manager at Mercure Sydney and would love to tell you about our new menu we have just launched in our Four Elements Restaurant.
At Mercure Sydney we believe that making great food is only half of what we aim to achieve. Our aim is to appeal to the community as a whole by only sourcing local produce then presenting this as a fresh, well balanced menu.
We strive to achieve something that is honest and real without the pretense that so often accompanies other menus.
The new menu is one similar to a standard Al A Carte offering, however, not wanting to lose the option of sharing we have replaced the standard Entrée section for Tapas. We have generous options for mains and a from the grill selection to satisfy everyone’s appetite, as well as those sweet indulgence’s to finish of the meal.
You could describe the food as ‘Modern Australian Cuisine’ although there are some international influences through-out the menu. We have also added a few authentic Indian dishes ensuring that it is truly a menu to cater to all level of diners.
