Welcome to the Human of Mercure Sydney. A blog series dedicated to giving you an insight on what we get up to here at Mercure Sydney and help you to get to know our awesome family!
The first Human of Mercure Sydney is Kristy Mowle, she is an Assistant manager of the front office, which of course is better yet referred to as ‘The Jack of all Trades’. A normal day for Kristy consists of anything from dealing with 400 guests in and 400 guests out of the hotel, fire alarms sounding, complaints, compliments, illnesses, dealing with the occasional 'crazy', and she does it all with a smile on her face :)
Without further ado, I give to you, our first human of Mercure Sydney - Kristy Mowle, Front Office Assistant Manager.
