What do you spend your time doing at Mercure Sydney?
Coordinating the daily running of Conference & Events at Mercure Sydney, liaising with clients to ensure their events run to their expectations and everyone has a smile on their face :)

Working amongst such a large & diverse team
What was the most interesting job you had before Mercure Sydney?
Living and working in the Northern Territory was a great experience and gave me a great opportunity to grow and learn new things.
How did your first week at Mercure Sydney go and what were your first impressions?
Starting in a large hotel and meeting so many new faces can seem daunting at first but once you learn the pace and flow of the hotel it’s a great place to work.

If you could have dinner with any fictional or non-fictional character/person, who would it be and what would you eat?
I would love to have a family style home cooked meal with one of the great Chefs or Restaurateurs of my era. And simply talk about the way they got to the level they are today.
Maybe… Gordon Ramsey? Heston Blumenthal? Marco Pier-White?
