The Relaxer

A stressful 6am flight into Sydney, you’ve checked in and leave your luggage with our extraordinary 24 hour concierge team, who deliver it to your room. It’s a busy day in the bustling city and now your business is done, all you want to do is relax.

No need to explore the depth of Sydney to find a satisfying and hearty meal, Chef Simon and his kitchen brigade have designed a locally inspired menu in Four Elements that fuses Aussie classics with worldwide renowned flavours.

Indulge yourself a little more while you are here by experiencing the real Mercure moments with a variety of flavours from the ‘Pure Pleasures’ menu including Grand Vins wines to pair with each individual’s meal or by the glass itself. End your night by enjoying an indulgent hot beverage including a range of perfectly roasted and blended coffees and fine selection of Dilmah Teas.

Wake up to a buffet breakfast and really recharge with barista made coffee. After a demanding week there is no better way to release the tensions then a full body massage. Shannan is our Sales manager at the hotel, she recommends Rejuvenators Health Massage – a reputable professional mobile massage company, ready to help you become relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated. They provide a range of full body massage services, including aromatherapy, foot massage, deep tissue massage and more.

After a lazy morning, head on up to level 14 and take in the view of Sydney while swimming in our roof top pool. You can also take advantage of our sauna and forget about everything as the city buzzes below you.

Stroll over to Central Park Mall and you will find a variety food vendors with different multicultural influences, there is definitely something for everyone. There is no better way to spend the afternoon then with a spot of shopping. Head over to Broadway Shopping Centre that boasts over 100 specialty shops and is only a 10 minute walk from Central Park Mall. Pamper yourself with some retail therapy or sip on a tea in one of the many cafes in the Centre.

Emma, Business Development manager at the hotel, has suggested that you finish off the day with a meal at Kensington Street’s own Spice Alley. Spice Alley is home to six hawker-style diners under glowing lantern ceilings. Only a 5 minute walk from the hotel, Spice Alley is bordered by two small restaurants, this laneway meanders through the landscape of Asian cuisine and family-style recipes. For the grand finale, you'll treat yourself to a decadent dessert experience at KOI dessert bar, located at the end of Spice Alley. KOI offers fine-dining desserts at an affordable price in a two-tiered space, with a ground floor patisserie-style cafe and a lounge and bar area situated above if you are feeling a bit cheeky post dinner.

On your way past reception, book a shuttle to the airport or if the train is more your style, Sydney Trains operate regular services from Central to the airport. Fall into bed knowing you’ve planned your trip to the airport and enjoy a movie from a range of choices, before dozing off to see out the trip.
