As part of our ongoing improvements to the Mercure Sydney we are excited to announce our restaurant on Level 1 is undergoing an extensive makeover until mid-March 2019.
During this time 4 Elements restaurant will be re-located to Level 2. The same extensive breakfast and dinner offering will be available with the added advantage of being able to unwind on the terrace which will be open throughout this relocation daily from 5pm (weather permitting) Eves Bar will also be available for lunch and dinner daily.
We aim to minimise any impact as much as possible and look forward to showcasing our new product in March.
