Check-In & Check-Out

What time is check-in?
Check-in at Mercure Sydney begins from 3:00 PM.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Can I check in early or check out late?
Yes. Early check-in from 8:00 AM and late check-out until 6:00 PM are available for $80 (subject to availability). Stays past 6:00 PM are charged as a full night.

Can I store my luggage?
Yes — luggage can be stored with Concierge before check-in or after check-out (collect by 11:00 PM the same day). Long-term storage is available if you have a future reservation.

Accommodation

What are the room sizes?
Standard, Superior City View and Balcony Rooms are approx. 28 m². Deluxe Rooms and Suites are approx. 34 m².

Are rooms smoke-free?
Yes — all guest rooms are 100% smoke-free.

Can I request a rollaway bed or cot?
Rollaway beds are $80 per night and must be requested at booking (not available in King or Twin Rooms). Baby cots are provided free of charge on request.

Facilities

Does the hotel have a pool, gym, and sauna?
Yes. The indoor rooftop pool is open 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 12 × 4 m and 1.2 m deep. Heated in cooler months. A gym and sauna are located on the same level.

Are there laundry facilities?
Yes — self-laundry is available on Level B1. In-house laundry and dry-cleaning can be arranged via housekeeping and are returned within 24 hours.

Parking & Transport

Is there on-site parking?
Yes — underground parking for 108 cars (2.1 m clearance). EV charging available.

Hotel Guest Parking
$50 per night with unlimited entry and exit. ALL – Accor Live Limitless members receive a discounted rate of $45 per night. Lost ticket fee: $55.

Do you run an airport shuttle?
No — the hotel does not operate a shuttle. Concierge can arrange transfers. Central Station is approx. 200 m from the hotel.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Each booking includes 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi per day. Paid plans are also available.
