Mercure Sydney is proud to be the official hotel partner of the 2026 National Indigenous Art Fair, returning from 3rd – 5th July at The Cutaway Barangaroo for its most ambitious edition yet.
Now in its seventh year and held during NAIDOC Week, the National Indigenous Art Fair (NIAF) brings together more than 30 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art centres from across Australia. This three day cultural experience showcases an extraordinary program of art, large scale installations, live music, dance, fashion, talks and workshops, celebrating the depth and diversity of the world’s oldest continuous living cultures.
Visitors will have the unique opportunity to meet artists from remote communities and purchase authentic, handcrafted works directly from the source, with 100% of proceeds supporting Indigenous art centres. From collectible artworks to fashion, textiles and design pieces, NIAF offers an immersive and meaningful cultural experience in one of Sydney’s newest landmark venues.
